Terms of Sale:
- All vehicles are sold “AS-IS” with no warranties expressed or implied.
- Sealed bids must be submitted in writing and received no later than November 21, 2025 at 2:00 pm local. This includes bids that are mailed regardless of post-mark date.
- Bids should be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Vehicle Bid – [Vehicle Description]”. Sealed bids may be received in-person at the Ward City Complex Finance Office, 405 Hickory Street or mailed to the City of Ward, PO Box 237, Ward, AR 72176.
- Bidders must include their full name, contact information, and bid amount.
- Winning bidders will be notified following bid opening.
- Payment must be made in full by at time the vehicle is removed.
